There is no minimum order or case requirement. If the order is over $200.00, shipping charges will be waived unless there is a request for special shipping arrangements. A flat shipping charge of $9.00 will be added to all orders under $200.00. Shipping charges may be higher for Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii will be waived for orders over $500.00.
